General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, there are various types of analgesics available in the market to relieve the post operative pain. The Nurofen contains Ibuprofen and Mersyndol contains Codeine, Paracetamol and Doxylamine. There are no interactions between the above two molecules and hence you can take them without any problems of interaction.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
