Can NSAID Be Taken For Bursitis While Having Microscopic Colitis?

I have been diagnosed with microscopic colitis; I was prescribed bentyl, Cipro and Flagyl. Fortunately, I am doing fine, but I now have bursitis around my hip; my question is, is it safe to take an NSAID for the pain I am experiencing as a result of the bursitis.
