Can Meftal-P,Ambrolite,Monocef-o Be Given To My Child Having 101 Fever ?

My son is 1yr 9 months old. Doctor has adviced Meftal-P every 8 hrs. Ambrolite Monocef-o. He had medicine 4 and half hrs before. He now has 101 fever and he is cold. Can we repeat these medicines? Should we give him cold compress? Please advice and oblige.

Thanks for query,
you should take antibiotic as directed ,but you can repeat the dose of paracetamol(meftal-p) upto 6 times a day.

You can give Meftal p again,Monocef o you repeat as per schedule.
Give enough water,
You can do cold compress.
