Can I Ask A Doctor About My Radiological Report ?

Please explain the impression on my last radiological report: hazy opacities, left paracardiac region may relate to a prominent pericardial fat pad. Clinical correlation is recommended.

This mean that there are chances of fatty tissue around heart layer that shows hazy opacities,and it should be correlated with symptoms of patients.
