Can HIV Infection Spread Through A Wound On The Anus?

hi, i am so scared.. i had one night stand last sunday with a man.. he told me that he was clean and disease free.. he used a condom when we had anal intercourse.. but i dont want him to cum inside me so i told him to withdraw before he cums.. unfortunately, he cummed in the perianal area.. since my legs are opened wide, there might be a possibility that my hole might be open a little.. after about 10 seconds, i wiped it with a napkin.. then took a shower the next day.. probably because of trauma on my anus during the sex, i discovered the next day, that there is like 0.5 cm or less of wound in my anus.. do u think i will contract HIV if ever my partner has HIV? please help..

Hello
Now please note down and read this before your answer.
HIV infection is predominantly a sexually transmitted disease world wide and the most common mode of infection world wide , is clearly heterosexual transmission.
HIV has been demonstrated in seminal fluid both with infected mononuclear cells & in the cell-free state.
There is a strong association of transmission of HIV with receptive anal intercourse, probably because only a thin , fragile RECTAL MUCOUS MEMBRANE separates the deposited SEMEN potentially susceptible cells in and beneath the mucosa and trauma may be associated with anal intercourse ( in your case you admitted that there was 0.5 cm cut on the anus opening ) .
Anal douching and sexual practices that traumatized the rectal mucosa and increase the likelihood of infection.
Now only option is get in p24 nucleic acid amplification test ( NAT ) rapid as early as possible .
But at least it require 2 weeks for confirmation of detection of detectable antigen antibodies for HIV infection after initial infection.
Hope this will help you.
