Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Glycomet contains metformin which acts as insulin sensitizer. Sometimes it is prescribed if you are having any problem like PCOS because of hormonal imbalance. But Glycomet it self will not increase the fertility and no need to use if there is no specific indication. If used without need that can lead hypoglycemia. So, you better consult your Gynecologist, get examined, go for ultrasound, track your ovulation and plan pregnancy accordingly. If your doctor advises you because of some issue like PCOS, you can go for glycomet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
