Can Excedrin Be Taken While On Eliquis, Atorvastatin And Lisinopril?

I,take many pills for heart failure, coupled with AFIB, Eliquis, Atorvastatin, Lisinopril, Soltalol, Furosemide, Metforin,Spironolactone and Levothyroxine. I want to no if I am safe taking Excedrin Extra Strength, I really wrenched my back yesterday slipping off a stool in pre-op getting ready for a colonoscopy NO Less.

Hi,

Excedrin is generally a good choice for headaches, can be used for back pain but there are other options safer to be used for back pain; caffeine in Excedrin may aggravate heart rhythm issues with AFib.

I would recommend you some Ibuprofen, paracetamol together with ibuprofen.
Local warm compresses in the painful area for 15-20 minutes a few times a day.
If you can have a physiotherapist give some exercises to help relax the tense muscles might be very helpful as well.
