Can Eliquis And Solavert Cause Any Side Effects?

My husband has recently started to take Eliquis and Solavert for a genetic condition of Atrial fibrillation and is having problems with shortness of breath very depressed not sleeping, very tired are these symptoms side effects ? He does drink a lot,

Hi,

There is no documented harmful interactions between Eliquis and Solavert as such however, Solavert when taken while consuming alcohol may cause dizziness. drowsiness, fainting and changes in heart rate and lowering of blood pressure. Solavert can also cause difficulty in breathing, decreased heart rate, sleepiness, cold clammy skin, and fatigue.He should avoid taking alcoholic drinks and should consult his doctor for an effective alternative but a safer medication for his atrial fibrillation.
