Can Duphaston And Ecosprin Be Taken During Pregnancy?

hi . my sister has been prescribed ecosprin 75 mg from 8th week of pregnancy.since last year she has missed abortion and some test had been done.Anti crdiolipin IgG was 75.this year just after confirmation of pregnancy.she had gone for the test and IgG was 1.doctor prescribed duphastone till 16th week and ecosprin should continue.now she is 14 week pregnant. we are concerned that taking duphaston and ecosprin in pregnancy.is it safe to take in pregnancy.
