Can Daktarin Be Put In The Frontal Ear To Cure Jock Itch Without Damaging The Ear Canals?

I HAVE HAD JOCK ITCH ON MY SCROTUM FOR SIX MONTHS. I THINK I HAVE SPREAD THE FUNGUS TO BOTH EAR CANALS, SPHINCTER MUSCLE, ARMPITS AND SIDE BURNS. CAN I PUT DAKTARIN GOLD OVER THE COUNTER CREAM ON THE ENTRANCE TO MY EAR CANALS WITHOUT DAMAGING MY HEARING PLEASE.?

Hello dear,
After going through your history, I believe you have some genuine concern and I will try to help you out of this situation.

FIRST,the ear canal is of 2.5 centimeter deep. It is no possible to put the cream deep into the canal. SECOND, due to the infection, the canal might have swelled and will not let the cream enter onto the deep aspect. Only a proper ENT surgeon should examine the ear and if there is swelling, he will put a medicated ear pack into the ear canal so as to decrease the swelling. Doing it personally can damage your ear drum. THIRD, if there is fungus inside your ear, it has to be removed. This can be done only by a ENT specialist.

Hence dear, please do not try this at home and visit a good ENT specialist before more damage to your ear.
