Can Cymbalta Be Taken Prior To Stent Placement?

I am on 30 mg of cymbalta and 100 mg of gabapentin. In 2 days my doctor will perform surgery to insert a stent btwn the bladder and kidney where cancer cells were located. She gave me an rx for norco 5-325mg. Will I have conflicts with the medications?

Hi,

You can take Cymbalta before the procedure.

It will not affect the surgery and anesthesia. Norco also is safe with respect to your procedure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
