Hello, Thanks for the query.
Cremaffin liquid does not contain sugar, so if you need a laxative it can be used but Cremaffin Plus is not sugar free.
Dosage 15 ml (one table spoon) at bed time is usually enough. Using it is unlikely to affect your blood glucose levels. It will help in better evauation. Thanks

Cremaffin liquid is mentioned as calorie free, which means it does not have sugar. Where as on Cremaffin Plus lable there is no such mention. So you might use Cremaffin Liquid. Usual dose is 15 ml or one table spoon at bed time. It helps in better bowel evacuation or to relieve constipation.
Taking Cremaffin does not affect diabetes in any way.
