can corticosteroids cause you to miss your period. I have bursitis and have had two shots. also, on metformin and lexapro for PCOS for 10 months now. never missed a period before, four days late, negitive HPT and husband had a vasectomy 6 years ago (was cleared no swimmers) Fatigue, night sweats, weight loss, diarrhea, cramps

Fatigue and menstrual irregularities could be a side effect of corticosteroids, especially if it it was a long acting one. However, I would suggest you to rule out a gastrointestinal infection if you have cramps and diarrhoea.
