General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with pain at the lower part of your chest wall with associated hard mass around the area following a diagnosed liver cirrhosis I will suggest a possible malignant tumor from the liver disease

In view of this please do an abdominal scan to rule out the above condition

Meanwhile schedule an appointment with a hepatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription as well as possible chemotherapy

I hope this helps Regards
