I read your question and I understand your concern. There are some implications at using those drugs together, because they may affect kidney function and the potential for that increases when used together. Celebrex and Valsartan (one of the components of Diovan HCT) both increase potassium levels, although this last effect should be counterbalanced by Hidrochlorthiazide (HCT) which decreases potassium. Celebrex also increases blood pressures acting the opposite of Diovan. Celebrex could also interact with Warfarin as they both are blood thinners and there s a greater risk of hemorrhage. So I would be careful with Celebrex, if really necessary considering your pain perhaps on sporadic occasions, not long term use. I hope to have been of help.
