Can Atorvastatin Intake Result In Muscle Pain On The Knees And Ankles?
I have had muscle pain lately. Especially in my knees and ankles. I started taking Atorvastatin 10mg on December 29. I wondered if that could be what is making me joints hurt. I have sent a question to my Doctor through My Chart, but of course will probably not hear from him until next week?

There are chances of muscle cramps as a side-effect of Atorvastatin and same should be withheld if the symptoms score is above 4 in the scale of 10.
