my friend is having a series of problems with her senses. she s having a strange buzzing noise, says that she feels like she s tilting, is tasting something metallic, and is having trouble smelling anything. to me it sounds like the eustachian tube possibly but i don t know if it is or whether she would need to go to the hospital or not. what do i do?

thanks for your querry...
I think this could be due to some middle ear pathology or Eustachin tube blockage or fluid collected in middle ear that causing corda tympani nerve irritation, So better to take some antihistaminics like tab levocetrizine and mucolytics Like tab acetylcysteine and nasal decongestant Like Otrivin nasal drops. Thanking you
