Burning Sensation In Knee After Injury. Numbness On Kneecap

I fell almost 2 months by tripping over something in the floor. I landed on my right knee very hard and also hit my left knee. My right knee is starting to have stinging and burning sensations and it feels like something is tied around my leg right below my knee cap. I also have numbness on my kneecap and about 2 inches below it.

From history it seems that you might be having ligamental tear or some cartilage damage of your knee.
go for CT scan to know the exact nature of injury.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Go for patellar exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
