Burning Pain In Chest, Difficulty In Breathing. Cause?

I was on my way to lunch, when suddenly I felt a sharp and burning pain in the middle of my chest. I had a hard time
breathing, but a belch made it feel better (a little better ) the pain was like no other heart burn pain that I have experienced in the past. It got me worried a little bit since I'm approaching 50. Over all I'm in good shape probably
better than most of my co-workers that are in their 30's.

Hi,
Apparently it looks like hunger pain but with symptoms it look like having some coronary pain.
Go to ER and get EKG done.
g for complete check up with EKG, blood work of Cholesterol, lipid profile or cardiac enzymes.
Ok and take care.
