Hi,

Apart taking the drugs, that your doctor has prescribed to you, following a healthy diet and lifestyle would also give a help.

- Avoid spicy, chilli, or other foods that can increase the acidity of your stomach and make the regurgitation worst.

- Eat often and small portions to avoid overproduction of acidic gastric fluid.

- Do not go to bed directly after eating. Wait for at least 4 hours before laying down.

Although it might seem you are passing a difficult time, you can overcome it by following the suggestions I mentioned earlier.
