Bumps on tongue, red. Scarlet fever, ulcer in childhood. What could be causing this?

Good morning, i have red bumps on the way back of my tongue toward my tonsils which also seem a bit red. I ve had this gor months now the bumps some larger than others but they dont hurt i m not sure what it is but my mom told me when i was young i use to suffer from scarlet fever and thrush/mouth olcers i m 20 now so i m not sure

Hi, they are normal, and every one will have them, and they are not harmfull. No treatment is required . Still if you are particular of it consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. You can clear your doubt by observing the tongue of four of your friends. Rarely may not have the bumps. Thank you.
