Bumps On The Tongue Followed By Diarrhea Post Sexual Encounter. HIV Sign?

Hi dr I have sex a month ago and a few days later had gotten sum bumps on my togues went to a dr they said it was just raised taste buds that it was from a infection so I went and got tesyed at ten days everything came back negative well for a week now I've had diarrhea and yhe bumps have not went down on my tongue buy weird thing is no white spots in mouth no swollen lymph nodes no fever does it still sound lile I might have hiv ?

I think you should repeat the test again

The tests for hiv hiv cannot be relied upon in initial period.
