Bump On Left Rib Cage, Bleeds On Popping. What Are The Other Options Apart From Surgery?

I have a bump on my left side of rib cage , I don t know if its a cyst . I tried popping it but only blood comes out and its understandable by the layers of the skin. How do I get ride of it besides surgery? Its peasized . And I got one by my penis , not close to it but the backboard (basketball) lol on the corner of it I had one but popped it but its noticable

hi bump on the ribcage bleeding on popping can be granuloma pyogenicum.it can occur due to injury or insitu.it will not cured with any oral medication.it presents as cyst looking bump which is red it colour,.sometimes it is mistaken as cherry angiomas .it can be cured with electrocauterisation but follow up is must as it recurs frequently
