Bump In Lower Shin Hurts On Pressing. Can It Be Bone Tumor?

I just found a bump on my lower shin when lotioning my legs. You can only see it when you hold it up to the light thats its raised from the skin, but its only a little. When I press it, it hurts. It feels like a bruise but theres no discoloration. I dont believe it was there a week or two ago and I don't really do anything that I would have bumped.into something right there. I'm really scared it's a bone tumor or something crazy. I no I need to make an appt with my dr I just want to no what you think it may be.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, but nothing to worry about this, because this seems a lymph node which is some time fairly visible in certain subject which in fact does not need any treatment, it is okay if it remains there, obviously if you press any tender part of your body that will give a pain, and this not the indication of abnormality, take care and have nice day.
