What Causes Pain On Right Hand And Leg Bones?

i am 22 year old girl.i am suffering right hand bone pain.i think pain inside the bone.sometimes leg bones also have the same.this happens usually on rainy days.my hb level is just below the normal. why this happen?is it is the symptoms of bone cancer?

Hello,

As the symptoms you mentioned are not connected to bone cancer so you can be relaxed.

Also, the pain and aches you feel can be due to lack of calcium, vitamin D and iron. Taking an oral supplement of the above via diet and medications should help you good relief.

Also, doing simple stretching, strengthening and weight-bearing exercise will help improve the overall physiological process.
