Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Having bulky uterus, back pain with thyroid requires evaluation of your case.
Consult Gynaec and get examined and go for investigations and get proper diagnosis and go for the treatment accordingly.
Ask your Gynaec about your sex life, future pregnancy after investigations.
ok and bye.
