Bruise On Knee After Fall, Painful
Hello, just over an hour and a half ago i fell off my skateboard at quite some speed, as i fell, i hit both my knees and on the right knee is a small dark purple bruise but on the left knee, quite a few red dots and little bruising has shown. My left knee is still in pain whereas my right knee isn't. Is this anything serious?

The persistent pain in the knee with a bruise in the area is suggestive of an internal knee joint injury. There can be a ligament tear or a meniscus tear. An MRI scan will help in proper diagnosis.
