Bridge Of Nose Hurts By Hitting, Bruise, Swollen, Dark Spots. Treatment?

I ran into a glass door and hurt the bridge of my nose real bad. It had a bruise on the bridge of my nose and was swollen. I got hit a few days later in the same spot with a soccer ball and it immediately started bleeding and was very swollen. The swelling went down the next day but still is a little swollen and I found really dark spots on the bridge of my nose....the look like black heads but are much darker and dark stuff came out of them. Should I be worried?

Hi,
It seems that due to re injury on old wound crust there is bleeding again and some hematoma formed.
Clean the wound and apply antibiotic cream.
Go for short antibiotic medicine course to cure infection.
Apply ice pack.
Ok and take care
