Breathing Difficulty, Throat Congestion, Chest Pain And Nausea. Family History Of Blood Disorder. Lump On The Thigh

I have a dent in my left thigh and one on my right calf. I have been having breathing problems. My throat feels like it is closing up. I sometimes feel nausea and dizzy. I have chest pain. I also have a history on both sides of my family for blood clots. I feel fatiged all the time. I feel like my heart is beating really fast. So
I got slot of issues going on here.

Please let us know what does this history of blood clots means. Is it excessive bleeding/delay in blood clotting or what is it. Please explain.
