Blood Tests For STD And Hep C Came Clean. Will Sharing Food Risk Infection?

Just got my blood test back for any stds (hep c, hiv etc) and am in the clear. This week though I broke off a piece of my friends museli bar they were eating and someone shared their food with me (they put some sausage on my plate using their fork and I ate it with mine. Am I at risk of any std or infection?

Hello,

Fork is contaminated with the saliva of the person. There is no medical evidence that saliva facilitates the spread and sexually transmitted infection due to absence of the organism in the saliva.
So you need not be stressed.
There is no chance of STI for this incident.
