Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Her blood pressure is slightly high. Is she having any heart problem, any health problem. She should get a few tests done including her blood for haemoglobin and cell count if you feel she appears pale and weak. She needs to avoid fatty, junk food, avoid salt in diet. Eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink enough water. Do daily exercise by brisk walking for 40 minutes a day. She needs to be checked up by her Doctor and proper medication started as necessary. Kindly do not delay.
