Dentist, Endodontics 's  Response
Hi, the bleeding may be from the gums or the throat. Please go for a complete oral and throat examination. You need to go for through scaling if the bleeding is from gums. You may be suffering from gingivitis or periodontitis. You dentist will be able to diagnose and treat the problem. Hope this helps you. Take care!

You might be straining your throat as that is one of the most common causes. If you have fever as well, then it is of more concern.
