General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM.
Firstly, your thyroid profile report is satisfactory.
Your lipid profile indicates increased total cholesterol. You have to consult with your treating doctor about this.
Now, blood report indicates microcytic hypochromic blood picture with normal hemoglobin level. There is increased lymphocytes and decreased neutrophils. It can occur in many conditions, but most commonly, it is seen, in case of viral infection . Other conditions are leukemia, and other blood disorders.
Just consult with your treating doctor about this.

Regards.
