Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
Raised ESR iindicates the presence of an illness. It doenst point a specific illness. ESR result combined with symptoms, history and some other confirmatory tests can diagnose an illness. Usually its a chronic inflammation somewhere.
If you have no symptoms, just wait for a month and repeat the test.
