Hello, You had bloating and diarrhea after consuming milk products. Being the probablity of Lactose intolerance you have taken Lactaid. But after Lactaid within an hour you developed cramps and a feeling of shakiness and vomiting Lactaid rarely induce any allergic reactions. If at all serious side effects are rash, itching/swelling of the face, tongue, throat, severe dizziness, trouble in breathing. As your symptoms are not related to this better consult a Dr, as you have to think about the benefit effect of lactaid (you can take milk products, without bothering about Lactose intolerence) Best wishes
