Black Spots On Feet, Itchy, Applied Anti Fungal Cream. No Relief. What It Might Be?

my boyfriend has these black spots on one of his feet that looks like some type of rash. He scratches it like crazy because it itches like crazy. He s tried putting anti fungal cream on it but it didn t work do you have any suggestions of what it might be

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The condition you described sounds like an eczematous/ dermatitis like condition due to some allergy / irritation.

I would advise you to put a mild steroid like hydrocortisone over the lesion for a few days and see the response. For itching take oral anti allergics like cetrizine/ loratadine. It should be fine.
