Bacterial prostatitis, pain in left side, elevated blood pressure. Debris in urine, burning skin

I have bacterial prostitatis with pain in the left side. Blood pressure is elevated no fever. I have been in hospital and on iv augmentin . Msu indicated no infection ct scan no problems. On profolactic antibiotic urine is clear but ocassionally some small debis. Burning skin sensation but told that may be anxiety. Any suggestions
