Back Pain, Leg Pain. Related To Previous Fracture L5?

I have a history of fracture L5 3 yrs ago which still cause some dicomfort. For the past few weeks I have been having some burning back pain between my left shoulder blade and middle back. Could this be disc related? I also have right leg pain at night that disturbs my sleep. I have had doppler test that came back normal to rule out blood clots. Do I need to see a neurologist , orthopedic or both? Any ideas on what either issue could be.
