Back, Neck And Shoulder Pain, Inflammation, Pressure Points. Mirena Coil Insertion The Cause For Symptoms?

I had mirena coil inserted 10 weeks ago. Approx 24 hours later I develpoed really bad neck and shoulder pain. I have seen a physio who says I have alot of trigger points in my upper back and a lot of inflammation around my lower back. Just wondering if this could be due to mirena coil and if so should I have it removed ,.

It could be due to mirena getting displaced . gert a sonography of the abdomen as soon as possible. and yes if the sonograpyhy shows displacement then you have to get it removed.
