Back, neck and shoulder pain, inflammation, pressure points. Mirena coil insertion the cause for symptoms?

I had mirena coil inserted 10 weeks ago. Approx 24 hours later I develpoed really bad neck and shoulder pain. I have seen a physio who says I have alot of trigger points in my upper back and a lot of inflammation around my lower back. Just wondering if this could be due to mirena coil and if so should I have it removed ,.
