Your child seems to have constipation due to which he is having hard stools and pain while passing stool due to rectal mucosa laceration and bleeding. I advise you to give dietary fiber rich foods like mashed fruits, mashed vegetables, plenty of water. You can stop albendazole as it is not advised below the age of one year.
