Are Thickened Hyperechoic Endrometrium And Minimal Cul-de-sac Fluid A Cause For Concern?

This is my transvaginal result the uterus is retroverted measuring 7.28x4.96x4.33cm. No mass. The endometrial stripe is hyperechoic and has a full thickness of 1.3cm. The cervix is unremarkable. The right ovary measures 3.54x2.39cm. The left is 2.96x1.35cm.both ovaries show immature follicles. No adnexal mass. Minimal fluid is noted in the posterior cul de sac. Impression thickened hyperechoic endrometrium unremarkable adnexae minimal cul de sac fluid.
