Are There Solutions Besides Laser Treatment For Scars Left By Chicken Pox?

I suffered with chicken pox in July. I still have scars from chicken pox. I also have small comedones on my cheeks. How can I get rid it with topical creams.

I donot want lazer treatmentment for scars, as I had medlite for pigmentation long before n it agrevated pimples on face.

Thank you for posting on HCM.
Chicken pox scars are pretty challenging to treat and treatment comes with variable results.
I would suggest you to go for laser therapy (Fractional Co2 laser, Non-ablative RF etc) as it has the best results of all other treatment modalities.
Since you are not willing to go for laser therapy i would suggest a combination treatment of dermaroller and 100%TCA peel (CROSS technique).
This particular combination of two different treatment will definitely improve your scars.
