My Dear Friend,

Mifepristone followed by Misoprostol is a good, safe and successful combination for termination of pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation. After taking the medicines as per the prescribed schedule, she will have the pregnancy terminated. Please take Misoprostol followed by Mifepristone lest the chances of failure and requirement of surgical evacuation.

These medicines make the uterus contract and hence the pain will be there. However, since the uterus is not completely occupied by the conceptus, there is no risk of rupture of the uterus before 9 weeks.

Hope this helps you.
