Are There Any Sleep Aids That Would Not Cause Teeth Sensitivity?

I have been using Alka seltzer plus for colds ,night time, to help with nerve pain in my back for its sleep inducing effect . I have noticed that anything with diphenhydramine hydrochloride (benadryl) causes my teeth in the front to be sensitive. Are there any sleep aids that would not cause teeth sensitivity? thank you CM

Hello
I suggest trying Melatonin or Valerian as alternative sleep aids that shouldn't bother your teeth
