Are Stabbing Pain In Chest And Muscle Strain Symptom Of Gas Trouble?
i keep having stabbing pains in my chest and it radiates to my back left shoulder between shoulder blade and spine and also feels like some mild muscle strain in my left shoulder...i belch gas with this at times but do not feel any burning like indegestion...was just wondering could this be causecad by the gas build up

Hi thanks for asking question....
Yes by gas and acid reflux or gastritis like condition can lead to reffered chest pain...
Treat it with omeprazole....
But you have stabbing chest pain and reffered to shoulder so better to do ECG or echo for rule out ischemic heart disease....
Muscular strain also lead pain...
Rest and analgesic needed for it....
