Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The only definitive sign of pregnancy is delayed menstruation. So if your next period is delayed, then rule out pregnancy by urine hCG card test. If pregnancy is negative, then for spotting per speculum and per vaginal examinations were done for further work up.
Consult a gynecologist for an examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
