Are Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Bloating, Constipation And Weight Loss Serious Concerns?

I have been suffering light pain some time right side bottom and some time Left side bottom since 16 months and also constipation, blouting and gum presents in stools or hardly stool no appetite. Weight loss occurred nearly 4 kgs. I consulted many doctors ayurveda and gastroenterologist he have lubiprestone tablets . It helped but no weight gain I m suffering a lot please suggest me something.

Abdominal pain, weight loss and constipation warrants screening with colonoscopy yo rule out colonic pathologies including tumor and inflammation, especially if you are above 50 years of age. So, please be advised to follow up with a Gastroenterologist to undergo colonoscopy. Meanwhile, follow diet rich in fiber, drink plenty of water and take dulcolax once daily.
