Hi,

Numbness and tingling sensation in the toes can be caused due to certain vitamin deficiency. Also, deficiency of calcium and magnesium can also contribute to its cause.

Generally, it is caused by a deficiency of Vitamin B12 and Pantothenic acid. Kindly take capsules containing these Vitamins in adequate amounts for 1 month, along with intake of foods rich in these substances. Also, supplement the proper quantity of calcium and magnesium. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the symptoms and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
