Are Nodules On Thyroid Related To Rashes On Lower Legs?

Recent surgery - surgical string left in arm after rotator cuff surgery 5 yrs ago. 3 wks of strong antibiotics before surgery. CT scan caught 2 nodules on Thryoid. No symptoms. Having a biopsy in 2 wks. Also, I ve had a rash on my lower legs - shins and ankles- for several months, looks like bug bites. Are these related?

No, there'd be no relationship between the thyroid nodules and the rash.
The rash sounds like either eczema or perhaps dermatitis
