Are Negative Tests For HIV Suggestive Of Absence Of Disease?

hello i have a question about HIV i hada unprotected sex in the first 12 days of january 5 month later i got a rapid test and it came back negative 2 weeks later i got another test and it came bakc negative and roughly around the 6 month mark it came back negative as well... do i have anything to worry about this still or can i rely on these results?
